I used to think that I could self-reflect my way to these answers as a leader. If only I asked myself the right questions, talked it through in my head, could get on the balcony and watch myself live and work like some sort of out of body experience. The problem is, when you are the main character in a movie it is impossible to also be the narrator. Every interaction you describe comes through one lens, yours.
